EDUCATION 

The Education Department is focused on preparing students of Atebubu College of Education to becoming better and critical thinkers. In doing so, the students are equipped with the skills to understand the basic theoretical educational concept.  The department is one of the oldest in the College. The department has competent and hardworking tutors who work assiduously and relentlessly in ensuring the aspirations of the College are met.

The core mandate of the department is to train all student-teachers for basic schools in the country. The hallmark of the department is to produce quality teachers to address the challenges of teaching and learning  in Ghanaian basic schools.
